What is the best free web host for building a social website.?

I am planning to build a social website, and was just wondering what FREE hosts offer a site builder which has social website features available, like profiles, personal blogs, user registrations and forums, but also allows pay per click ads like google adsense. I have tried freewebs but it just doesnt give enough room, or profile features.
Id really like to find something like the groops web hosting but easier to use.

Google’s New Social Scene-Stealer
A few weeks ago, I was hearing rumors about Facebook opening a new email service. Looks like Google beat them to the punch, though, because Gmail just opened up a new Facebook service. Maybe not technically — Facebook plays absolutely no role in “Buzz,” which is what Google named its creation. Buzz just seems to feature some of the same social networking capabilities as Facebook.
