It’s Raining Leads With Free Forum Advertisements

Wednesday, March 3rd, 2010

If you’ve ever wanted to run your own discussion board a good way to do that is by using a free forum. However, some free forum sites are difficult to use because they lack good technical advice. So, you need to find one where you can get the help you need.

Some of the important features to look for on a free forum are no limit to the size of your forum, being able to find your forum anywhere on the Internet, it must also be a forum and your logo should also be easily used on your forum. You should also have full administrative access and be able to select extra features to enhance your forum. In addition, you’ll be able to edit your own style to suit your needs.

Once you find the forum you want, you can create it quickly. Some free forums have taken their experiences to create the kind of forums that belong on the Internet, the kind that may be useful to you when trying to market your product or service. These forums are usually easy to use and can be social and fun. People on these forums sometimes even become friends.

Many forum posters are put off by clicking through many pates and not being able to avoid annoying posters, spam and having to create an account. The list is endless. When you have a free forum, the forum offers free forum hosting, forum software, forum installation, and promotion for your forum. This is important when you’re trying to promote a service.

Would you like to know how I do it?

Are there advertisements [of any kind] on Yahoo-registered domain names? Is Yahoo the best to register with?

Friday, February 19th, 2010

I’m making a website for my father’s small business and I have a few questions about registering a domain name. I’ve built websites before, but never had my own domain name to work with and I’m a little confused.

My first question is where are the best – but also cheap – places to register a domain name? I am planning on using Yahoo’s domain registration service, but if there’s some place I’m missing that’s better, please feel free to tell me!

My other, more important question is this: will there be advertisements of any kind on my domain name, if I register it on Yahoo? Let’s say I register the domain name dadsbusiness.com and use basic HTML to upload a few web pages – will there be any popups or any ads on the site itself?

I’ve looked all over the Yahoo pages devoted to domain name registration and I can’t find the answer to that ANYWHERE. Anyone who can tell me, straight-out, if Yahoo-registered domain names have ads on any of the webpages will not only get ten points, but will get all my appreciation!

Why does my new website, with a new domain name, dont show anything but advertisements?

Wednesday, February 17th, 2010

Today, I decided to make a website, so I go to “godaddy.com” and get a domain name, after im finished with that, I buy a hosting program called hostgator(its working good), then I go to wordpress from my control panel, and I get a wordpress.org account, so I try to go to my website, and it doesn’t have anything but my website name, and has some sponsered listings! Then it says “This page is parked free, courtesy of GoDaddy.com..WTF????

Whats going on, what does this mean??
Here is my proof:

How can I get a domain name + hosting for free. I’d settle for advertisements?

Sunday, February 14th, 2010

Where can I get a free domain name and web hosting for free, or a one-time fee? I’d settle for advertisements on my website. See, I want something that says www.myname.com, you know? Thanks for any suggestions.
